Dr. Efraim Chalamish is an international economic law professor, advisor, and media commentator. He has been involved in international legal practice in New York, Paris and Israel, along with research in, and analysis of, cutting edge areas in public and private international economic law. Dr. Chalamish teaches at NYU Law School and is a Senior Advisor to Duff and Phelps, the world’s leading valuation and risk management firm.

Dr. Chalamish received his Doctorate in international economic law from the University of Michigan, where he was awarded The Olin Law and Economics fellowship.

He was named by the French Government as a Future Global Leader for 2011, and was selected as a Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Resident.

He served as a board member and a Permanent Representative to the United Nations of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers, and is the founder and president of the Global Center for Economic Development and Security.
