ROZITA PNINI
CO-FOUNDER & C.O.O. OF THE MIRYAM INSTITUTE

Born in Iran and raised in Israel, Rozita Pnini undertook her IDF service in the Nahal Brigade, including during the course of the First Lebanon War.

She emigrated to the United States shortly after her service and began her career in the private sector, building a highly successful business from the ground up.

She is particularly proud of having done so while raising her three daughters.

Rozita is generally considered a leader among female CEOs in the fashion industry of New York.

A longtime, active philanthropist, she began volunteering her time and expertise to Our Soldiers Speak in 2009, the precursor to the MirYam Institute.

Under her stewardship, that organization forged official and exclusive partnerships with the Israel Defense Forces and the Israel National Police, culminating in campus presentations throughout the English speaking world as well as presentations to legislators in Europe and the United States.

Rozita also oversees the working collaboration between the MirYam Institute and the government of the State of Israel.

A central feature of her portfolio is the coordination of MirYam Institute tours to Israel for elite graduate students from across the globe, cadets of US military academies - including the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps - and for faculty members from select academic institutions.

These gold-standard tours are a product of Rozita’s close relationships with members of the Israeli security establishment, Members of Knesset and Ministers in the Israeli government, cultivated over the course of several years.
