In 2016, Mr. Ramati concluded his four year service as Director of IMDO, the government agency charged with the development, production, and the delivery of missile defense systems including: Iron Dome, David's Sling and the Arrow weapons system, to the State of Israel.
Prior to this assignment, Mr. Ramati served over 6 years as the Marketing Corporate Vice President at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) where he oversaw the award of more than $20B worth of new orders.
Mr. Ramati received his Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He earned a Master's Degree in Science and Engineering from the Technion, Israel.
Mr. Ramati is the recipient of a number of awards including: The Israel National Security Award (2003) and The Multinational Ballistic Missile Defense Conference Meritorious Achievement Award (2000).
