Col. Yochai Guiski is a 23 year veteran of the IDF. He retired in 2020 as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving in the Israeli Military Intelligence. Yochai served in various roles including: Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (C.O.G.A.T.), Strategic Planning Division and the Ministry of Defense (politico-military directorate).He is an expert in International affairs, the Middle East and national security, with hands-on experience in devising and executing strategic planning at the highest levels of Israeli decision making. After his retirement from the IDF he has published several articles relating to US-Israel and US- Russia relations.Yochai holds a Master’s degree in International relations (focus on Security studies) from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.
