Shaul Gordon has extensive experience serving in a legal capacity within the Israel National Police (INP) and the Israel Defense Forces, including holding the position of Senior Legal Advisor to the INP from 2006-2016.
During that time, Gordon provided legal advice on several key domestic security challenges with international reverberations, including the sustained stabbing attacks of 2015. Gordon provided legal counsel on matters such as administrative detention, rules of engagement and house demolitions.
He also served as President of the Military Court of Appeals in Judea & Samaria and the Gaza Strip from 2000-2006 and served as the Deputy Legal Advisor for Judea & Samaria during the preceding five year period.
Among other positions, Gordon was the President of the Military Court in Gaza and Vice President of the Military Court in Ramallah.
He earned his law degree at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and holds an MBA from Derby College, UK.
